The three new listings are priced at $1,150,000, $1,295,000, and $1,399,000 and lot sizes are 1 acre, 10 acres and 1 acre respectively. 

The only real horse property is the 10 acres on Long Canyon Rd. The location is great  for direct trail riding and there is a barn and pastures among other horse amenitites. The home is situated at the top of a hill beyond the horse facilities. The home and guest house above the garage have "Tudor style" exteriors but the interior is very non-traditional and more like a mountain cabin. In summary my opinion is that it is a property great for horses in a nice out of the way location just beyond Bridlewood winery, but that the home is either suitable as a rustic vacation home or needs renovating to compare with other homes in this price range.
